Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage our accounting functions, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Accounting: Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial analysis.
3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and support business decisions.
5. Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
6. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
7. Audit: Liaise with auditors, respond to audit queries, and implement audit recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
2. Experience: Proven experience in managing accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance.
3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Software: Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally.
