Job Overview: We are hiring a dedicated and hands-on person to manage the repair and maintenance of our fleet of trucks. This is a field-based job, not office work. Key Responsibilities: - Visit breakdown locations (if needed) and take immediate action - Ensure minimum downtime of trucks - Coordinate with mechanics, service centers, and part suppliers - Deliver spare parts/materials to repair sites when required - Maintain daily repair and maintenance records - Make sure repairs are done quickly and correctly - Communicate politely and clearly with field staff and drivers Requirements: - Basic knowledge of truck repair and spare parts - Strong coordination and problem-solving skills - Polite and respectful communication - Field experience preferred Type: Full-Time Location: Rourkela Salary: Rs 15,000-18,000 (Fixed)
