As a Welder (Ferro-alloys) in Raipur, you'll join and repair metal parts in a ferro-alloys manufacturing environment, using various welding techniques and following safety protocols to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Welding Techniques:Perform various welding techniques such as Stick (SMAW), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), or TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, depending on the specific project and requirements.

Material Preparation:Prepare metal components for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning them.

Blueprint Interpretation:Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan and execute welding tasks.

Equipment Maintenance:Inspect and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it's in good working order.

Quality Control:Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify any defects.

Safety Compliance:Follow and enforce strict safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety gear (heat-resistant gloves, masks, and shoes).

Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the welding process.

Requirements:

Skills:
- Proficient in various welding techniques.
