HR EXECUTIVE ADMIN FOR STEEL INDUSTRY - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new employees.
- Policy and compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies while ensuring the organization remains compliant with all labor laws and regulations.
- Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage employee performance and development.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle leave management.
- Employee engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Record keeping and administration: Maintain accurate employee records and handle administrative tasks, including exit formalities.
- Strategic support: Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
