Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 10–15 labourers.

• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work according to project deadlines.

• Monitor work progress, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with company standards.

• Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

• Report daily activities and progress to senior management.

• Maintain inventory of materials and tools required for daily operations.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts among workers professionally.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

• Support in hiring and onboarding new workers when required.
