Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mining Supervisor to oversee daily mining operations and ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity. The Mining Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of miners, coordinating equipment use, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in underground or surface mining operations.

• Monitor production output and ensure that daily targets and schedules are met.

• Ensure compliance with mine safety standards, company policies, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Assist in planning and scheduling of mining activities.

• Inspect work areas and equipment for hazards and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Maintain accurate production and safety records and prepare reports for management.

• Train new employees and provide ongoing support and feedback to the team.

• Communicate effectively with other departments, including maintenance, engineering, and safety teams.
