POST NAME – WIEGHT BRIDGE OPERATOR

NUMBER OF POST – 02

QUALIFICATION- GRADUATE

Key Responsibilities:

 Operate the weight bridge for accurate measurement of loaded and unloaded vehicles, ensuring correct readings are recorded.

 Ensure proper documentation of all transactions, including vehicle details, weight records, and timestamps.

 Monitor vehicle entry and exit through the washery facility, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

 Provide accurate and timely weight data to the dispatch and logistics teams for proper inventory control and processing.

 Record and report any discrepancies, irregularities, or issues encountered during weighing operations to management.

 Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the weight bridge and surrounding areas, reporting any malfunctions or technical issues to the maintenance team.

 Verify the weight data against delivery orders, invoices, and other records to ensure consistency and accuracy.

 Coordinate with the security team to ensure the proper flow of vehicles entering and exiting the site.

 Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management, detailing weight data, operational metrics, and any incidents.

 Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment.

 Provide customer service by communicating with truck drivers and assisting them in the weighing process.

EXPERIENCE- 5 YEAR AND ABOVE (Experience in coal washery operations or in a similar testing environment will be prefred

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS- IN RAGE OF 15 TO 18K AND ACCOMANDATION WILL BE PROVID TO THE CANDIDATE
