Job Description:
A Quality Engineer ensures products and processes meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and improving quality control systems, identifying issues, and collaborating across departments to maintain and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities of a Quality Engineer:

Quality Control Systems:Develop and implement quality control systems, procedures, and standards.

Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in processes and products, and implement solutions.

Testing and Inspection:Conduct tests and inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Data Analysis:Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.

Documentation:Create and maintain quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and records.

Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers, to ensure quality standards are met.
