Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining accurate records of boiler operations and maintenance activities. 
       
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Identifying opportunities to improve boiler efficiency and reduce energy consumption. 
       
    • Analyzing boiler performance data to identify areas for improvement. 
       
    • Implementing measures to optimize boiler performance and reduce costs. 
       
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Supervising and training boiler operators and maintenance personnel. 
       
    • Motivating and managing the BOE team to achieve operational goals. 
       
    • Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the BOE team and with other departments. 
       
  • Other Duties:
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of boiler operation and maintenance procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in boiler operation and maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of boiler technology, operation, and maintenance procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in boiler operation and maintenance are a plus.
