Job Description:
As an HR Head, you're responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, overseeing all HR functions, managing the HR team, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations to support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Leadership:
        • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. 
           
        • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters. 
           
       
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in HR. 
       
  • HR Operations Management:
     
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations. 
     
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient resource allocation. 
     
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and processes. 
     
  • Talent Management:
     
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies. 
     
  • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. 
     
  • Conduct performance management and employee development activities. 
     
  • Lead succession planning and workforce planning efforts.
