Job Description:

The following are some duties of an Operations Head:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies: An Operations Head is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that all operations run efficiently to meet the organisation's goals.
• Managing and optimising operational processes: An Operations Head may manage and optimise the processes of a business relating to production, the supply chain, logistics, customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards.
• Managing budgets: Operations Heads are responsible for managing the operational budget, including forecasting and allocating resources as required, to meet business goals.
• Analysing data: Operations Heads analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that all processes are efficient.
• Implementing changes: Based on the analysis of operational data, they may also identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance: An Operations Head ensures that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors: As an Operations Head, you may also manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all products and services are of high quality and that the company receives them on time.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement: Operations Heads are typically responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and creativity to increase growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Job brief

We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as finance, IT and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
