Job Description:
A Personal Driver to a CEO provides secure, confidential, and punctual transportation for the executive, ensuring efficient route planning and vehicle maintenance. Key responsibilities include chauffeuring to meetings and airports, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, running errands, and delivering documents. This role demands high professionalism, flexibility, and absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation: Driving the CEO safely to business meetings, personal destinations, and airports.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the car is clean, fueled, serviced, and operating efficiently.
- Logistics & Route Planning: Monitoring traffic conditions and selecting the most efficient routes.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor, wearing appropriate attire, and ensuring passenger comfort.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict discretion regarding all conversations and information heard during transportation.
- Errands: Handling personal or business errands, including document delivery or package pick-up.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 5–7 years of experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or executive driver, ideally working with senior executives.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Exceptional defensive driving skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in navigation tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, or evenings.
- Background: Impeccable professional references and ability to pass background checks.
Common Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Excellent time management skills.
- A "service-oriented" mindset with a focus on punctuality.
