Job Description:
🧠Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the branch sales operations by developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth in transportation and logistics services (FTL, PTL, and 3PL).
📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new clients for road transport and logistics services (FTL/PTL/3PL).
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up for business conversion.
- Work closely with operations, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor daily booking, delivery, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery.
Qualification & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in sales & marketing in the transportation/logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving branch-level sales targets.
